By accessing and using Avid Golf ("the service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

Avid Golf is a golf league management platform that allows users to:

• Create and join golf leagues and competitions
• Track scores and handicaps
• Schedule and manage golf rounds
• Communicate with other golfers
• Access golf course information

Where you link a Handicap ID (GHIN), Handicap Index® values shown from GHIN come from USGA® centralized computation services, not an Avid-only calculation. Use of those features is also subject to USGA® / World Handicap System™ program requirements and your golf association's policies.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the service to:

• Upload or transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Violate any local, state, national, or international law
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts

5. Privacy

6. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Avid Golf and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

8. Disclaimer

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Avid Golf be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
